Please sign up for the guided rides in advance. If no one signs up they may be cancelled.

9:00 AM                               All Day Ride departs from the parking lot in front of the office (6+ hours)

9:15 AM                                Half Day Ride departs from the parking lot in front of the office (4+ hours)

10:00 AM                             Gaited Ride departs from the parking lot in front of the office (3+hours)

Clinic:
Martin Schwartz Horsemanship will be providing free instruction in the arena. Martin is a 2 time world ARHA champion and holds multiple reserve championships and top 5 titles in AQHA, ARHA, and NRHA competition. To ride or get help with groundwork from Martin, just show up in the arena for one of the 3 sessions.

Donations:
Any multi-item donations such as baskets or themed buckets are eligible to win a fabulous prize and bragging rights!

Silent Auction:
Silent auction will be conducted using your bidder number on the bid sheets. Please obtain and use a bidder number, do not use your name when bidding on silent auction items. Closing time for silent auction will be posted the day of the auction. Look for signs. Please check out immediately at close of auction.

Guided Rides:
Optional guided rides are available Saturday. We offer an All Day, Half Day, and Gaited Ride. The Gaited Ride does not gait the whole time. All rides leave from the parking lot in front of the office at the designated time per the schedule. Sign up sheet is located on the front door of the office. Sign up if you plan to go one of the guided rides, if no one is signed up, our guides will not be saddling up!

Wine Tasting:
Forest Edge Winery from Clermont KY will be on hand to share their tasty assortment of wines with us. Tastings are available for a fee. Purchase tastings, wine by the glass, bottles, and slushies(weather permitting) at the tasting table. Cash Only

Live Auction:
Use the same bidder number you had for the silent auction to bid on items for sale in the live auction. Items will be displayed during dinner. Don’t miss out on some one of a kind items. Check out for the auction will not open until the auction has ended. Please check out immediately following the auction.

Door Prizes:
Door prize tickets will be given to anyone who personally donates an item to the auction valued at $20 or more. Additional tickets will be given for each $20 in value. Handmade items and gift baskets are welcome donations. We are counting on your donations to make the auction a success.

2017 AQHA Ride Reservation Policy:
You have until the end of the day the ride concludes to reserve your current site for the following year. After that date anyone may reserve any site that does not have a full deposit paid. If the deposit is not paid the reservation will be released without notice. The deposit is $75 per site/stall. Additional stalls may be reserved with additional deposits of $75.

AQHA Ride Cancellation / Refund Policy:
Prior to August 1st: Refund in Full
After August 1st: Roll deposit to following year
After September 1st: No refund / rollover (forfeit deposit)
